Project Overview

We are currently conducting a website conversion rate optimization and need an experienced front-end developer to implement design improvements based on the audit's findings. We are seeking a dedicated developer for 4-8 hours per day over the next 1-3 months. If successful, this role may transition into a long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Implement design changes and optimizations to improve website conversion rates
• Develop and refine front-end components using Svelte (or strong JavaScript framework experience)
• Integrate updates within our WordPress content management system
• Collaborate closely with Solsten’s front-end lead and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Primary: Strong experience with Svelte (or equivalent JavaScript framework expertise such as React or Vue.js)
• Secondary: Familiarity with WordPress for content management (deep PHP skills not required)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript best practices
• Experience optimizing websites for performance and conversion
• Ability to work within an agile, iterative development process

Candidate Preferences:

• Experience Level: Mid-level to senior
• Location: Europe-based (within ±2 hours of CET)
• Availability: 4-8 hours/day for 1-3 months (potential for long-term collaboration)
