We are seeking a passionate Agentic AI Software Developer to help build and enhance Casey as part of our innovative tech team.

You'll be an essential part of developing the AI infrastructure behind Casey, helping create meaningful conversations between users and our supportive system. Your work will focus on creating reliable back-end systems and thoughtful orchestration logic that helps Casey understand what people need, coordinate resources, and provide personalized, helpful responses.

Key Role Information

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dependable APIs in C# (.NET) that form the foundation of our supportive AI architecture
• Connect with Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, and other tools to enable understanding and helpful workflows
• Help design thoughtful orchestration systems that guide Casey's responsive behavior
• Build secure, reliable services within our Azure cloud environment
• Collaborate with our diverse team to implement ethical, accessible AI solutions
• Ensure our code respects standards for accessibility, security (HIPAA, GDPR), and quality
• Participate in improving conversational flow and service accuracy

What You Bring

• Experience with back-end development, such as C# and .NET Core
• Familiarity with Azure services like App Services, Functions, and API Management
• Understanding of AI systems, language models, or conversation design
• Experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar tools is beneficial
• Comfort with Git, Azure DevOps and collaborative development practices

Nice to Have

• Background in social services, community tech, or accessible design
• Education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
