Mid-Senior Full Stack Engineer - FT - LATAM/Europe

We’re building Bloom - a visual workspace for creative teams.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with exceptional front-end skills and the ability to confidently own backend implementation. You will make complex, highly interactive UIs feel effortless, such as drag-and-drop, live canvas editing, and real-time collaboration, while also architecting the systems, APIs, and integrations that power them. If you are “cracked” at building smooth, beautiful interfaces and can build the backend to match, we want to talk.

What You’ll Do

• Build on Bloom’s existing foundation, taking it from current beta to a market-ready MVP and beyond
• Own the stack across backend, frontend, and integrations (AI, cloud infrastructure, creative tooling)
• Evolve and optimize backend systems to support real-time, media-heavy collaboration at scale
• Work directly with the founders to translate product direction into working, high-quality software
• Ship new features and improvements for real creative teams already using Bloom
• Refine and expand the technical foundation and system architecture to enable long-term growth
• Collaborate closely with product and design, with a brand-obsessed and detail-driven mindset
• Tech Overview

We are building from scratch, so you will help shape the stack, but here is our current direction:

• Frontend: React, Next.JS, TypeScript (with drag-and-drop and live editing in mind)
• Backend: Node.JS
• Infra: S3, CI/CD, Docker, PostgreSQL
• Workflow: GitHub, Notion, Figma, with a tight founder–engineer loop

Extra points for experience with:

• Real-time collaboration (Figma-style multiplayer)
• AI-enhanced UX (autocomplete, summaries, generation)
• Architecting backend systems for high performance and scalability
• Translating ambiguous user problems into clean, maintainable code

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to ship real products, ideally in creative tooling, AI, or productivity software
• Strong full-stack skills with front-end as your superpower
• Comfort owning backend architecture, APIs, and integrations
• Experience with early-stage pace and ambiguity, with the ability to find answers fast
• Aesthetic and UX sensibility, with attention to detail
• Hunger to join a small, driven team building something category-defining
• 4-5+ years experience building and shipping software, though we care more about what you have built than your resume
