Regxelerator is a young startup specializing in robotics process automation and generative AI-powered intelligence and workflow solutions for small and mid-sized financial regulatory authorities across the world. It assists financial regulatory authorities in accelerating their organizational performance and digital transformation agenda through novel technology solutions for the digital delivery of core regulatory and supervisory processes, allowing teams to operate more efficiently and effectively and re-allocate time to more value-adding tasks. Regxelerator offers both standardized solutions for off-the-shelf use and custom developed tools based on a client's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web and desktop applications, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency.
• Work on both frontend and backend components, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement scalable and secure APIs.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality code.
• Participate in architectural decisions, contributing to new system developments and improvements.
• Maintain best practices for development, security, and deployment.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React) along with a strong command of HTML, CSS.
• Strong backend experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud storage solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI/ML-driven architectures and data pipelines.
• Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
