Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Front-End Engineer to join our team and help build out our growth-focused web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our lead acquisition funnels and conversion-oriented experiences using React and Next.js. You will work closely with the Head of Product to implement new features and iterate on existing ones to drive growth.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience building web applications with React and Next.js
Strong understanding of front-end architecture, state management, and performance optimization
Familiarity with growth marketing concepts and techniques
Ability to work autonomously and turn around tasks quickly
Comfortable with remote/asynchronous collaboration

Qualifications:
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience integrating with REST APIs and managing application state
Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
Familiarity with testing frameworks and CI/CD

Bonus:
Prior experience in a "growth engineering" role
Demonstrated interest and experience in leveraging AI tools to boost productivity
This is a part-time (20 hours/week) opportunity with the potential to transition to a full-time role.
