About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Generalist or Backend Specialist with experience in Ruby on Rails and building scalable MVC applications. As a core member of the engineering team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining RESTful APIs, managing cloud infrastructure, and enhancing the platform's ability to support sales teams in acquiring new customers across deskless industries.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience building web applications using the MVC pattern.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Proven expertise in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Experience with caching solutions such as Redis.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services.
• Proficiency in version control, especially Git.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates resilience and resourcefulness in facing uncertainty and change.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working with AI-driven data platforms.
• Familiarity with deskless industries (e.g., restaurants, construction, healthcare).
• Prior experience contributing to the development of sales prospecting or marketing platforms.
