Mid Cyber Security Specialist — Remote (Global)

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced penetration testers / red team specialists with validated real-world exploitation experience. This is not an entry-level role — only candidates with proven, validated shell/system access in authorized engagements will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Conduct authorized web/network/cloud/container penetration tests.
Achieve validated shell/system access and perform post-exploitation analysis.
Document findings with full PoC, impact, and remediation guidance.
Validate fixes and coordinate with client engineering teams.
Mentor junior testers and contribute to internal methodologies.
Requirements (Must-Have):

At least 2 validated real-world shells/system access (with vendor/client proof).
3+ years experience in penetration testing or red teaming.
Strong skills in enumeration, exploit chaining, and privilege escalation.
Tools: Nmap, Burp Suite, ffuf, sqlmap, Metasploit, netcat/ncat, Python/Bash.
Excellent reporting and communication skills.
Understanding of legal and ethical testing practices.
Nice-to-Have:

OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, eCRE, GPEN, GXPN certifications.
Proven bug bounty achievements on HackerOne/Bugcrowd/Intigriti/YesWeHack.
Cloud/Kubernetes pentesting experience.
