Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Power Automate/Apps) - PT Freelance - Americas/Europe

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our team as a freelancer. You will play a critical role in enhancing and maintaining a business-critical software platform used by our Global Project Management Office (GPMO). The platform is essential for hierarchical tracking and managing the entire project lifecycle, featuring milestone tracking, risk and dependency management, and integrating resource management and decision workflows.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and troubleshoot workflows in Power Automate, particularly those related to milestone historization, tag management, and resource notifications.
• Maintain and improve model-driven apps for effective project tracking, risk, task, and dependency management.
• Update and refine access rules and permissions, addressing issues such as access loss during delegation or user setup.
• Implement logic to enable copy/clone functionality for projects and their associated data.
• Ensure synchronization and filtering accuracy in the Resource Management (RM) app, including visibility rules for users and entities.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas).
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Strong skills in role-based security configuration and user access management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with complex enterprise data models or project management systems.
• Familiarity with delivering solutions in the US EST time zone with consideration for European MEZ delivery requirements.
