We are hiring a Marketing Operations & Creative Coordination Assistant to support structured campaign execution and documentation across our Growth team accounts.
This is an operations-focused support role, not a strategy or performance role. Your work will ensure campaigns are organized, assets are ready, documentation is clean, and launches happen without preventable errors.
You will initially support 1–2 client accounts, with the potential to grow to 3–4 over time.
This role includes ad trafficking and uploading ads, but does not include ownership of strategy, budgets, or optimization.
Role Scope
You Will:
- Operate under the direction of Directors and Leads
- Maintain documentation and execution workflows
- Prepare campaigns and upload ads for media buyers
- Ensure campaigns are organized and ready for launch
- Support media buyers through structured execution
You Will NOT:
- Drive strategy
- Own campaign performance
- Manage budgets or bidding
- Design testing strategies
- Act as lead media buyer
- PPC/platform familiarity is required for context and accuracy — not ownership.
Primary Responsibilities
1️⃣ Creative & Campaign Coordination (Primary Focus)
- Track asset deadlines and upcoming launches
- Traffic and upload ads
- Maintain creative trackers and trafficking sheets
- Flag missing assets or incomplete inputs
- Maintain organized folder structures and naming conventions
- Take meeting notes and track follow-ups
- Ensure clean handoffs between team members
2️⃣ Campaign Documentation & Execution Support (Secondary Focus)
- You will prepare and document campaigns for media buyers. Platform execution is limited to defined workflows.
- Update trafficking sheets with approved assets
- Upload ads and conduct checklist-based QA
- Confirm specs, links, and statuses are accurate
- Run pre-launch QA checks
- Confirm campaigns are live and documented post-launch
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable working inside structured workflows
- Familiar with PPC platforms (for context and execution accuracy)
- Strong written communication
- Able to work PST hours consistently
- Comfortable in a support function
Trial & Onboarding Structure
We use a structured 2-week trial to ensure alignment.
Week 1 – Guided Oversight
- Shadow 1 account
- Own notes and follow-up tracking
- Update trackers and documentation
- Execute checklist-based QA
- All platform actions reviewed by a Lead
Week 2 – Increased Ownership
- Manage documentation for 1 account
- Maintain trafficking sheets independently (spot-reviewed)
- Run pre-launch QA and escalate issues
- Confirm post-launch documentation
- Ad uploading support (as required)
- Strategy and optimization remain with Directors and Leads at all times.
How You’ll Be Evaluated
Campaign performance is NOT a metric for this role.
We assess:
- Detail orientation (accuracy in sheets and QA)
- Organization (clean documentation discipline)
- Reliability (tasks completed without reminders)
- Responsiveness (timely communication)
- Process adherence (ability to follow workflows exactly)
