The Growth Ops & Automation Specialist is a hybrid role that combines marketing operations, project management, and AI-driven workflow automation. This person will oversee the publishing of content (blogs, newsletters, social media posts), manage the logistics for podcasts and webinars, and assist with broader project management (e.g.,benchmark report tasks). By leveraging AI tools and simple automations, they’ll ensure our marketing efforts are consistent, efficient, and scalable.
In addition, this specialist will monitor campaign performance and refine workflows to optimize results. They might build or improve processes using no-code platforms like Zapier, set up GPT-based automations for content repurposing, and collaborate with content writers to ensure AI output meets quality standards. The goal is to free our marketing team from repetitive tasks and keep everyone focused on the bigger
picture—delivering top-tier content and driving measurable growth.

We’re looking for a Growth Ops & Automation Specialist to streamline our marketing initiatives, manage end-to-end content operations, and build AI-driven workflows. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating our content calendar, ensuring smooth podcast and webinar production, and continuously optimizing our systems to drive better reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Content operations: Oversee blog and newsletter publishing (format, scheduling, light copy-editing, and final QA).
• Podcast & webinar management: Coordinate guests, scheduling, recordings, and post-production logistics; ensure timely promotion and follow-up content (e.g., derivative articles).
• Project management: Assist with managing timelines and deliverables for marketing campaigns, including our quarterly benchmark reports and other large-scale projects.
• AI & workflow automations: Design and maintain no-code automations using tools like Zapier, Integromat/Make, and GPT-based workflows to repurpose content, refresh old articles, and streamline repetitive tasks.
• Analytics & optimization: Monitor key campaign metrics (email opens, blog traffic, webinar attendance) and provide recommendations to improve processes and results.
• 1–3 years experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Comfortable with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday).
• Familiarity with no-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make) and AI platforms (ChatGPT , Midjourney, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic copy-editing or writing skills to finalize content for publication (AI assistance is fine).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
