Marketing Designer (Figma) - Part-time - Worldwide

Position Overview

Ra2 is hiring a part-time, junior designer with strong Figma skills to produce high-quality presentations and reports. This role is perfect for a self-starter with an eye for design in a corporate/professional style. This remote position offers 10-20 hours per week to start, with a 3-month minimum commitment and potential for long-term work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design sales presentations, campaign reports, and other day-to-day materials using Figma and Google Slides
• Adapt and create designs within existing brand guidelines
• Produce both templated and custom designs for presentations as needed
• Communicate daily with the Ra2 team and ensure timely delivery of assigned work

Qualifications:

• Experience Level: Junior-level designer with the ability to work independently
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Figma and comfortable using Google Slides; Canva experience a plus
• Design Style: Experience with corporate/professional design; ability to balance brand consistency with project-specific requirements
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing work samples relevant to presentations and day-to-day marketing materials
• Work Style: Self-motivated, with a focus on quality and efficient turnaround
