Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent / Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients through live chat, answering questions, providing support, and scheduling appointments for our sales or service teams. You will be key in creating a positive first impression with customers, helping to guide them through their inquiries and ensure smooth scheduling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via live chat, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about products or services.
Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing customer needs.
Schedule appointments for the sales or customer service teams, ensuring that all necessary details are captured accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of responsiveness, ensuring timely replies to customer inquiries and requests.
Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and appointments.
Follow up with potential customers to ensure appointments are confirmed and rescheduled if needed.
Support the sales team by generating and passing qualified leads.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to lead generation and appointment scheduling.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or sales is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or appointment-setting role (1-2 years preferred).
Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via chat.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs quickly.
Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
