Lead Vue/Nuxt Front-end Developer for CSGO platform

[Summary]

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with expertise in Vue 3/Nuxt 3 to lead our frontend development efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire frontend architecture, ensuring scalability and performance, and leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality, animation-rich user interfaces.

[General Information]

We’re a small, remote, high-impact team shipping complex features to hundreds of thousands of players. We’re now looking for a hands-on senior frontend engineer to lead our Vue 3/Nuxt 3 stack and help us scale to the next level.

[Tasks and Deliverables]

• Own the entire frontend architecture and component library in Vue 3/Nuxt 3, ensuring speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead and mentor other frontend developers: code reviews, task breakdowns, and setting best practices.
• Work closely with design, backend, marketing and anti-fraud to ship new features quickly and reliably.
• Improve performance for high-concurrency, real-time user experiences (cases, battles, live chat, rain drops, etc.).
• Drive our heavy focus on SFX, animations, and immersive micro-interactions to keep the platform feeling premium and dynamic.
• Introduce testing, CI/CD, and other modern frontend practices to keep quality high at speed.

[Required Experience]

• 4-5+ years of professional experience building SPAs with modern JS frameworks.
• Deep expertise in Vue 3 (Composition API) and Nuxt 3 SSR/ISR features.
• Solid understanding of state management (Pinia/Pinia-ORM), WebSockets, and real-time UI patterns.
• Strong eye for UX, motion design, SFX integration, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proven leadership: mentoring or leading a small frontend team and coordinating with backend/design.
• Bonus: experience with iGaming, high-traffic sites, or complex animations/interactions.
