About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer with deep Unity3D expertise to take a lead role in scaling our groundbreaking educational app. You will work closely with a small, mission-driven team to enhance our user-centric design, integrate advanced features, and help shape the future of interactive learning. This role involves a mix of technical leadership, hands-on development, and collaborative problem-solving to create impactful, family-friendly user experiences.

Required Skills

• Unity3D Expertise: Extensive experience with Unity3D, including UIBuilder/UI Toolkit.
• iOS Development: Proven track record of releasing apps on iOS with the ability to integrate native iOS features seamlessly.
• Firebase Proficiency: Solid understanding of Firebase for backend services.
• Problem-Solving: A creative, mission-driven problem-solver who thrives on building engaging user experiences.
• Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic and growing team.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Yarn Spinner or Unity Sentis.
• Familiarity with video-based or computer vision applications.
• Interest or experience in gamified learning technologies.

Additional Information

• Compensation: $60k annually, plus equity.
