Lead Full Stack Developer - Part-time - Overlap with Canada Time (PST - EST)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to provide guidance and mentorship to two students while also being capable of performing hands-on development work as needed. This role involves both leadership and technical expertise to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide two students, providing support and knowledge sharing to enhance their learning and development.
• Engage in hands-on coding and development work when necessary to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement scalable and efficient full stack solutions.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in full stack development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience in mentoring or teaching, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven track record of hands-on development, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with educational or training programs, particularly in a technical context.
