A Paris-based data agency is building innovative SaaS platforms designed to support marketing and analytics operations for client campaigns. With a startup mindset and a product-driven focus, the company is transitioning two internal MVP tools into fully functional, production-ready SaaS solutions.
About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in building SaaS platforms to help deliver the first of two web-based products. You will be responsible for taking an existing MVP and transforming it into a scalable, production-grade application. This role demands a balance of backend expertise, API integration skills, and frontend capability to deliver a seamless user experience.
You will work closely with a DevOps engineer and internal stakeholders to implement features, perform testing, and ensure timely delivery. Autonomy, clear communication, and reliability are key to success in this role.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with relevant experience in SaaS/web platform development
- Strong proficiency in:
- Node.js and Express (backend)
- React.js (frontend)
- Google Analytics API and similar third-party API integrations
- Solid understanding of API design and implementation
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker
- Excellent communication in English; capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
Nice to Have Skills
- Familiarity with agile workflows and startup environments
- Prior experience working with analytics or marketing-related tools
- Exposure to SaaS UI/UX best practices
Additional Information
You will be working on SaaS Tool #1, a web-based product requiring backend enhancements, API integrations, UI updates, testing, and documentation.
The team operates in a remote-friendly environment with close coordination across time zones.
Immediate availability is preferred. A fast-paced development cycle is expected, with a clear focus on shipping a robust product.
