Juliana Torrisi, RecruiterRole Overview
We are a "human-agent hybrid" company launching the a disruptive AI bridge that redefines LLM query performance. We are looking for a visionary engineer to build the "highway" our customers use AND the "agentic command center" our team uses. You will be the architect of our internal agent fleets and our global production infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Global Infrastructure: Deploy and manage our high-performance AI bridge across global AWS regions with a focus on ultra-low latency and 99.99% reliability.
- Agentic Harness: Design and set up our internal multi-agent orchestration system (using Claude Code, LangGraph, etc.). You will create the environment where our human team and agent fleets collaborate on a single, master repository of innovation.
- System of Record: Establish a shared "Agentic Memory" and automated Git-flow that allows different agent teams to contribute to our core C++/Python modules safely and logically.
- Sovereign Deployment: Build the "Choke Point" logic for security, rate-limiting, and cost-governance to protect our proprietary optimization modules.
Required Skills
- Agent Power User: You use AI agents to do 90% of your work. You are an expert in building multi-agent systems and agent-to-hardware bridges.
- AWS Mastery: Deep experience with Global Accelerator, Fargate, and IAM. You view "Infrastructure as Code" as a requirement, not an option.
- The "Builder" Mindset: You aren't just a coder; you're a systems architect who understands how to scale a proprietary product for a global audience.
- GitHub Evidence: An active history in the agentic or LLM-infrastructure open-source space.
Nice to Have
- Background in enterprise-scale AI infrastructure development.
- Familiarity with the latest AI technologies and trends.
