Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Chatbot Developer & Supervisor to oversee a development agency in building AI-powered chatbot solutions for healthcare applications. This role requires both leadership and hands-on coding, ensuring technical quality, compliance, and efficiency while aligning chatbot features with medical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and collaborate with the development agency to build AI-powered healthcare chatbots.
• Provide technical guidance, review architecture, and ensure code quality.
• Contribute hands-on to development, troubleshooting, and optimization as needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and security regulations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine chatbot features and integrations.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in developing AI chatbot projects.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, medical knowledge, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Node.JS, Postgres, React JS, and chatbot frameworks.
• Ability to manage external development teams while contributing hands-on when necessary.
• Flexibility to adapt between leadership and coding responsibilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare technology or previous work in the medical field.
