Junior Product Owner / Scrum Master - Part-time - APAC

About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile and proactive Junior Product Owner / Scrum Master to support a growing number of projects across communication, documentation, testing, and potentially CRM, AI, and automation initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their product or delivery career who is excited to gain exposure across a range of domains while supporting real-world delivery for innovative clients.

Responsibilities

• Support sprint planning and stand-ups, helping keep teams aligned and on track
• Maintain clear and up-to-date product documentation and user stories
• Coordinate and communicate between stakeholders and technical teams
• Assist with testing and quality assurance processes
• Optionally contribute to light technical work involving CRM platforms, AI tools, or automation workflows
• Help ensure clear reporting and visibility across project timelines

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles
• Experience working with task or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Comfortable working remotely with overlapping hours to Australian business time
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn across multiple domains

Nice to Have

• Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Interest or experience in AI tools or automation workflows
• Previous experience in a product, QA, or delivery coordination role
