We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate development projects for an e-learning video-based platform. You will manage cross-functional technical teams, oversee feature delivery, and ensure smooth execution of platform enhancements, system improvements, and user-facing functionalities. The role requires strong technical understanding, structured planning, and excellent communication skills.
● Lead IT, engineering, QA, and design teams in delivering features for an e-learning video-based platform.
● Oversee end-to-end delivery of web and platform development projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
● Define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines aligned with product and platform goals.
● Manage sprints, backlog prioritization, feature scoping, and development cycles.
● Maintain clear project documentation including technical requirements, release notes, and roadmaps.
● Provide structured updates through reports, status tracking, risks, blockers, and action plans.
● Coordinate closely with developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure high-quality releases.
● Conduct retrospectives and evaluate project outcomes for continuous improvement.
● Proven experience managing IT/software development projects, ideally in web platforms or e-learning video-based systems.
● Strong understanding of SDLC, basic system architecture, API-driven development, and QA workflows.
● Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and sprint-based development.
● Excellent communication skills to coordinate between technical teams and leadership.
● Ability to manage multiple technical priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
● Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
● Strong digital literacy and excellent computer skills.
● University degree and 4+ years of IT project management experience preferred.
● Experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, Confluence, Slack).
● Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
● Familiarity with Agile development frameworks and CI/CD processes.
● Exposure to cloud environments (AWS or similar).
● Experience working with streaming/video workflow projects is a plus.
