Role Overview
We are looking for a proficient Technical Hubspot Expert with a strong background in revenue operations within fast-growing, VC-backed startups. This role focuses on optimizing and maintaining Hubspot CRM instances, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain Hubspot CRM instances, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of a dynamic startup environment.
- Diagnose and resolve issues within existing CRM setups, improving system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Clean up and optimize existing CRM data structures and workflows.
- Develop and implement workflows and automations to streamline business processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within Hubspot.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Hubspot CRM, including setup, maintenance, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of data models, workflows, and automation within a CRM context.
- Ability to identify and work within product constraints of Hubspot.
