Intermediate Full-Stack Engineer (React/Node.js)

About the Role:

We're expanding its software operations into the European and American markets. We are seeking two Intermediate Full-Stack Engineers (3–5 years of experience) to actively support the company’s growth. You will work under the guidance of experienced Staff and Senior Engineers, gaining hands-on mentorship while taking ownership of meaningful development tasks. This is a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive frontend interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Build and optimize backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, test, and deploy scalable software features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as the company expands into new markets.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Proactively learn and apply best practices in code quality, security, and performance.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Native-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Experience working with modern databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, cross-time-zone environment.
