Intermediate Data Operations Engineer (Pandas/Python/SQL) - PERM - Worldwide

About the Role:

As a data operations engineer you will be an integral part of our data pipeline. You will work closely with our Data Operations and Strategy Associate to provide our clients with the cleanest data as quickly as possible. Success in this role relies on hard work and adaptability to the challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Script Execution & Troubleshooting: Run scripts regularly, monitor performance, and resolve errors efficiently.
• Pipeline Maintenance & Optimization: Improve data pipelines by identifying inefficiencies and implementing enhancements.
• Independent Problem-Solving: Take initiative in identifying and fixing issues with minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 3+ years in data science, data engineering, or a related technical role.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong Python skills, particularly with the pandas library; familiarity with SQL or automation tools is a plus.
• Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot, optimize processes, and ensure data accuracy.
• Communication & Adaptability: Strong communicator who can learn quickly, collaborate with teams, and take ownership of tasks.
