Intermediate Content Marketer - FT Freelance - EMEA

Hello! I’m a cofounder of a bootstrapped B2C music-tech startup (>$1m ARR, growing at 15% MoM) who’s looking to add a team member with a focus on growth/marketing.

We are currently a pretty small team of 7 and all of our growth efforts are done by us cofounders. The things we are currently doing includes:

• Setting up and managing influencer campaigns
• Instagram ads and Google ads
• Newsletter and other types of emails
• Producing content for our own socials
• Some SEO

We’re looking for someone to partially take over some of these activities and also bring new ideas for growth. We’re not particularly hung up on stuff like years of experience or fancy previous jobs - what matters most is the ability to get results.

A big plus would be previous music production experience and a understanding of what music producers needs/wants.
