Influencer & Creator Coordinator WW-PT

Role Overview

We are seeking a freelance Influencer & Creator Coordinator to join our team and support the execution of our influencer, creator, and organic social programs. This role involves hands-on coordination rather than strategic planning. You will be responsible for implementing decisions made by the Social Media & Influencer Specialist, ensuring timely and accurate execution. This includes sourcing creators, managing outreach, maintaining trackers, handling community interactions, and compiling reports. The ideal candidate is organized, independent, and enthusiastic about creator culture and brand engagement online.

Responsibilities

• Influencer & Creator Coordination:

  • Source and vet creator lists based on specified criteria such as audience size and content style.
  • Conduct outreach and follow-ups using approved templates and track responses.
  • Maintain influencer and campaign trackers, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
  • Populate and manage creator contract templates and coordinate product gifting logistics.
  • Ensure timely content delivery and collect final assets.
  • Build and manage campaign UTM tracking links.
  • Support LTK administration and maintain a current product catalogue.

• Community Management:

  • Monitor and respond to comments and DMs on Instagram and TikTok following brand guidelines.
  • Escalate any issues outside the guidelines, such as customer service inquiries or sensitive topics.
  • Engage with tagged content and relevant community accounts, and organize UGC.
  • Compile weekly summaries of community feedback and recurring questions.

• Reporting & Trackers:

  • Compile weekly and monthly platform metrics and update performance trackers.
  • Maintain a shared asset library with consistent file naming.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or marketing coordination.
• Strong familiarity with Instagram and TikTok as a publisher.
• Proficiency in managing spreadsheets and trackers.
• Excellent written communication skills for creator outreach.
• Ability to work independently and reliably on a part-time schedule.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LTK, Asana, or working with apparel and lifestyle brands.
