The client is a globally recognized leader in the immersive technology space, with over a decade of experience delivering award-winning solutions for Fortune 500 brands. Our expertise spans virtual and augmented reality (AR/VR), AI-driven storytelling, and immersive marketing campaigns. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a part-time Creative Lead to join our team and elevate our client pitches, proposals, and marketing initiatives. If we work well together, a full time position is possible.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly creative, forward-thinking designer with a passion for immersive storytelling. You’ll partner with our sales team to bring innovative concepts to life, transforming abstract ideas into powerful visual narratives for our client pitches.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create visually compelling proposals for immersive technology-driven campaigns.
- Develop high-quality visuals, illustrations, and storyboards that convey creative concepts and user journeys.
- Assist in structuring and presenting proposals using Google Slides and other presentation tools, ensuring alignment with RPR’s brand identity.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging design technologies, including AI tools, and apply them to enhance our storytelling capabilities.
- Work under tight timelines, transforming initial ideas into polished presentations within days.
- Provide creative input for RPR’s key target industries: marketing, entertainment, sports, and telco.
Capabilities & Skills
- Design Mastery: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Slides. Strong attention to detail.
- Illustration Expertise: Ability to create wireframes, user journeys, and visuals that explain early concepts in a clear, engaging way.
- Storyboarding & Concepting: Ability to turn complex concepts into intuitive, visually compelling storyboards and product flows.
- Immersive Technology Awareness: Experience or strong interest in AR/VR, AI, or emerging immersive technology.
- Presentation Excellence: Strong skills in structuring and organizing presentations that clearly communicate the creative vision.
- AI & Innovation: Passion for experimenting with new AI tools and how they can improve visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.
- Familiarity with immersive technologies such as AR/VR or 3D design is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and mediums, with a focus on creativity, problem-solving, and marketing experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
