We need support converting Word (.docx) templates into clean, dynamic HTML that can expand to handle variable content (e.g., multiple agenda items, speakers, or actions).

The process involves:

- Recreating the structure of the Word file in HTML.

- Adding loops/placeholders so the template can be filled dynamically.

- Preserving layout elements such as headings, lists, tables, and numbering.

- Testing locally with sample data we provide.

- You will receive example files and clear instructions to work independently.

Requirements:

- Strong HTML/CSS skills

- Experience recreating formatted Word documents with HTML.

- Experience working with Word documents and understanding formatting/spacing quirks to accurately recreate layouts in HTML.

- Familiarity with templating engines (EJS).

- Ability to deliver an output that exactly matches the look of the original Word file.
