Role Overview
Join Ribera AI as the Head of Product for BrokerBot, an AI-powered digital teammate designed to revolutionize real estate brokerages. You will be the driving force behind what BrokerBot builds and why, owning the product roadmap, defining priorities, and making strategic decisions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Roadmap: Craft and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that spans all BrokerBot features, including core app functionalities, AI agent capabilities, and integrations with platforms like Slack and CRM systems.
- User Understanding: Conduct customer interviews and analyze data to gain insights into the needs of real estate agents and brokerage admins, translating these insights into actionable product decisions.
- Onboarding & Activation: Enhance the onboarding process to streamline brokerage signup and activation, focusing on plan selection, verification, and team invites.
- AI Product Direction: Define the scope and capabilities of BrokerBot's AI, ensuring it effectively communicates across multiple channels and handles escalations appropriately.
- Go-to-Market Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to align product features with market positioning, pricing strategies, and sales collateral.
- Metrics & Prioritization: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide product prioritization and decision-making.
Required Skills
- 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years as a product lead or head of product at a startup or high-growth company.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, particularly in serving non-technical users in traditional industries such as real estate.
- Strong technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering teams.
- Proven track record of customer-centric product development.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and make informed decisions quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
