GTM Engineer - Full Time - Worldwide

Role Overview: As the Go-to-Market Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sustainable, data-driven growth across the company's product portfolio. This is a high-impact, autonomous role where you will have the freedom to assess current marketing and growth strategies, identify new opportunities, and implement systems and processes to scale the business efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing current marketing channels, campaigns, and funnels to optimize performance
• Identifying new growth opportunities and implementing creative, effective strategies to expand the customer base
• Building scalable systems and processes to streamline marketing, sales, and customer acquisition
• Collaborating cross-functionally with the founders, product, and engineering teams
• Reporting on key metrics and continuously iterating to drive growth

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing, growth hacking, or go-to-market strategy role, ideally at a SaaS company
• Proven track record of driving significant, measurable growth for a business
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong project management and execution capabilities
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like Notion, ClickUp, and Clay.com
• Experience scaling content marketing and social media strategies
• Understanding of paid advertising and optimization
