We operate as a "technology company that happens to do architecture," leveraging a paperless, AI-driven workflow to accelerate the construction of thousands of homes.

Role Overview

We are looking for a "Pro" developer—an expert who doesn't need a learning curve. You will take working AI prototypes created in Google AI Studio and Gemini and "polish" them into production-ready, operational tools. Your goal is to bridge the gap between prototype and shipping, ensuring our internal tech stack is seamless, automated, and highly efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Productionalizing AI: Transform prototypes built in Google AI Studio/Gemini into robust, scalable enterprise applications.
• Systems Integration: Work on integrating project management and industry-specific tools, specifically JIRA and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize our core technology stack built on Firebase and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Quality Assurance: Exhibit an "accountant-level" attention to detail, ensuring that every piece of paperwork and data is 100% accurate to prevent costly project delays.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Senior/Expert Level Experience: You are an individual contributor who can hit the ground running without hand-holding.
• Deep Google Ecosystem Expertise: Mastery of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Apps Enterprise, and Firebase.
• Advanced AI Implementation: Proven experience working with the Gemini API and Google AI Studio (formerly MakerSuite).
• The "Finisher" Mindset:* A relentless drive to complete tasks and a high degree of professional "polish." You are someone who "doesn't sleep until the job is done right."
• Availability: Ability to commit to 20 hours per week and maintain significant overlap with North American time zones (EST/PST).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• AEC Industry Experience: Background in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
• Autodesk Knowledge: Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Revit API.
• Integration Experience: Prior success connecting JIRA to external cloud databases or construction software.
• Mission-Driven: An interest in community rebuilding and wildfire recovery efforts.
