Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Google Ad Manager (GAM) Specialist to manage and optimize advertising operations across a content-driven website and email ecosystem tailored for healthcare and professional audiences. This role is execution-focused, positioned at the intersection of monetization, analytics, and content delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing daily GAM operations, ensuring campaign pacing, maximizing yield, and collaborating closely with editorial, email, and analytics teams to support revenue and performance objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ad Manager operations on a daily basis to ensure campaigns are pacing correctly and maximizing yield.
  • Collaborate with editorial, email, and analytics teams to align advertising strategies with content delivery and revenue goals.
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues within the platform to ensure systems run efficiently.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement strategies to enhance ad performance and revenue growth.
