Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM platform to enhance patient communication and workflow management.
• Build and connect funnels, automated workflows, and integrations within the GoHighLevel environment.
• Integrate AI-driven messaging solutions into existing patient communication workflows.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to implement enhancements based on evolving business needs.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in GoHighLevel CRM development and customization.
• Strong background in CRM maintenance, funnel building, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with AI integration, including chatbots and messaging automation.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing contract hours.
• Strong communication skills in English with the availability to overlap with NY time zone.
