About the Role
Connect Tickets is a fast-paced technology startup operating across the UAE and UK, with a small US presence. We build platforms that automate inventory management and integrate with global sales channels in the ticketing industry. Our lean engineering team moves quickly — and we need a Full-Stack Engineer who can hit the ground running.
In this role, you will bridge powerful backend systems with intuitive frontend experiences — building and refining features that our users depend on daily, while helping us scale and stabilise the platform.
What You'll Work On
- Sales channel API integrations — primarily in Go — connecting to global ticketing and distribution platforms
- Building responsive dashboards and analytics tools that give our team and clients clear visibility into inventory and sales data
- Improving onboarding and configuration flows to reduce friction for new users
- Triaging, investigating, and resolving bugs reported by users — keeping quality high as the platform scales
- Collaborating closely with a senior developer and two full-stack engineers in a sprint-based workflow
- Automating inventory management processes through smart API design and integration
About You
- 2–4 years of full-stack engineering experience in a production environment
- Solid experience with backend API development — Go experience is strongly preferred
- Comfortable building and improving frontend interfaces with an eye for clean, usable design
- Detail-oriented with strong instincts for UX — you notice what's broken before users do
- Proactive about bug triage and root cause analysis — you close tickets, not just work around them
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to move faster and write better code
- Available to overlap at least 4 hours per day with UK working hours (flexible on exact schedule)
Nice to Have
- Experience with ticketing, e-commerce, or marketplace platform integrations
- Prior exposure to inventory management or order fulfilment systems
- Experience working in startups or small teams where you own end-to-end delivery
