What need to be built

Deliverables:

1. Google OAuth Flow - Complete integration with token refresh
2. JWT Management System - Token generation, validation, refresh cycles
3. Stripe Billing Integration - Subscription management, usage-based billing, webhooks
4. Usage Tracking Middleware - Track API calls, Revit operations, tie to billing
5. PostHog Analytics Pipeline - User events, feature adoption, revenue metrics
6. Rate Limiting System - Per-user/tier limits based on Stripe subscription
7. Admin Dashboard - User management, billing overview, usage analytics

Key Requirement

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express, and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of backend architecture and API development
• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0 flows, particularly Google OAuth, including token refresh and lifecycle management
• Deep understanding of JWT-based authentication, including secure token generation, validation, and refresh strategies
• Hands-on experience with Stripe integration, covering subscription models, usage-based billing, and webhook handling
• Proficient with PostgreSQL and Redis, with experience designing scalable data schemas and caching strategies
• Strong grasp of modern authentication, OAuth, JWT, and session security best practices

Bonus: Familiarity with Better Auth or similar authentication frameworks
