FullStack Developer (HubSpot Integrations & Application Development) - PT - Overlap AU

About the role

Digital Stand is one of Australia's leading HubSpot partners, delivering implementations and integrations across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. We're hiring a senior full-stack developer to (1) build a proprietary application that connects major property portals with HubSpot — pulling leads in and publishing listings out — and (2) support ongoing complex client integrations (typically 2–3 per month).

This is hands-on, outcome-focused work for someone who can architect and ship, not just take tickets.

What you'll do

Design and build a subscription-style application (owned by Digital Stand) that bi-directionally connects HubSpot with property portals such as Property Finder, realestate.com, Bayut, and Real Estate NZ
Build and maintain HubSpot integrations for clients, working across each portal's distinct API environments
Scope new builds end to end — including estimating effort and timelines during planning
Solve problems independently and communicate progress clearly through daily check-ins

Must-haves

• Proven HubSpot experience (non-negotiable — you know the platform, not just of it)
• Demonstrated track record building and shipping applications from scratch
• Strong full-stack skills with Laravel and a modern JavaScript framework (Node.js / PHP background ideal)
• Senior-level experience (≈5–10 years) with the judgment to solve, not just attempt
• Working hours with at least 3–4 hours of daily overlap with Australian business hours
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face syncs (Zoom or similar) — async-only won't work here

Nice-to-have

• Direct experience integrating with property portals and their APIs
