Full Stack Zoho Developer - PT/FT - Worldwide

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Full Stack Zoho Developer to join our rapidly expanding team. As we've implemented Zoho One as our company-wide ERP system across North America, South America, Europe, and soon Asia, we need an experienced developer who can handle ongoing customization, integration, and optimization work.
This role offers the flexibility to start part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position and eventual permanent employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Zoho applications across the Zoho One suite
• Build and maintain API integrations with external platforms (credit rating agencies, VAT auditing systems, etc.)
• Implement AI integrations, particularly with platforms like Claude/Anthropic
• Design and optimize business processes within the Zoho ecosystem
• Collaborate with a small distributed team of part-time Zoho developers
• Support ongoing expansion and onboarding of new users across multiple regions
• Handle both frontend customization and backend development tasks

Required Skills & Experience

• Must-have: Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting language (non-negotiable)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development
• Full stack Zoho development experience (Zoho Creator, CRM, Books, etc.)
• Proven experience with API integration and external system connectivity
• Understanding of business processes and ERP workflows
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Highly Desired Skills

• Experience with AI integration (OpenAI, Claude, or similar platforms)
• Knowledge of HR, finance, or other business application platforms
• Experience working with international/multi-regional implementations
• Ability to work independently and take technical ownership
