What You'll Build

• Develop and improve responsive web and mobile applications using React, TypeScript, and mobile development technologies.
• Build conversational interfaces that support natural interactions between users and AI-powered systems.
• Create dynamic recommendation experiences, contextual calls to action, and intelligent follow-up workflows.
• Implement multi-step agent interactions that guide users through complex tasks.
• Integrate frontend experiences with backend services and APIs.
• Manage application state, authentication, and streaming data to deliver responsive, reliable experiences.
• Translate product designs and specifications into polished, production-ready features.
• Own the complete feature delivery lifecycle, including implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Support mobile application builds and releases, including:
  • Application signing and certificates
  • iOS build and distribution requirements
  • Android build and distribution requirements
  • Apple App Store submissions
  • Google Play Store submissions
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation, debugging, and iteration.
• Collaborate on technical and product decisions to improve usability, performance, and overall product quality.

Who We're Looking For

Must Have

• Strong professional experience building production web applications using React and TypeScript or JavaScript, with ownership of user-facing features from implementation through release.
• Hands-on mobile application development experience using React Native, native iOS, or native Android, including familiarity with mobile build and release workflows.
• Proven ability to translate design specifications into polished, functional, and production-ready user experiences.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, application state management, API integrations, and authentication in modern web or mobile applications.
• Experience working with streaming data, asynchronous interactions, or real-time application behavior.
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver features across the full development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, debugging, and production support.
• High proficiency using AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms as part of day-to-day engineering.
• Strong product judgment, with attention to usability, interaction design, performance, and visual polish.
• Comfortable working across frontend and supporting backend systems to troubleshoot issues and deliver complete product experiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing LLM-powered applications, AI-native products, or agentic user experiences.
• Familiarity with AI agent tool calling, including how agents interact with external services and application functionality.
• Experience implementing structured LLM outputs and transforming them into interactive user interfaces.
• Experience building conversational interfaces with streaming responses and persistent agent state.
• Familiarity with personalized recommendation systems or contextual user experiences.
• Experience designing multi-step agent workflows with dynamic actions and follow-up interactions.
