Position: Full-Stack iOS Developer
Location: New York City (On-site, 4 days/week; remote start with relocation date possible)
Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 annually + equity incentives

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team of entrepenurial content creators, ex-investment bankers, and marketing geniuses. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our mobile application. You will work collaboratively within an agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our rapidly growing user base. Your expertise in various programming languages and frameworks will be essential in driving our company forward.

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Full-Stack iOS Developer to take ownership of Lunge’s technical architecture and help shape the future of our app. This is a critical role in our growth journey, offering the opportunity to contribute significantly to product development and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the front-end and back-end components of Lunge’s mobile app.
• Collaborate with the founder, marketing team, and technical advisor to implement new features and improvements.
• Transition and scale the app from third-party development to a fully in-house platform.
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing systems using Node.js, Swift, and AWS.
• Iterate rapidly on product features to improve user engagement and community building.
• Take a proactive, "hacker mentality" approach to problem-solving and coding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in iOS development using Swift.
• Experience with Node.js for backend development and AWS for cloud deployment.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, preferably for mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations and mobile app deployment processes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Preference for candidates with experience scaling apps from zero to one.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous experience with community or event-based applications.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
