Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full-stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our voice-first AI platform. You will play a crucial role in building full-stack features, focusing on backend pipelines and frontend dashboards that deliver insights and utility for our community care clients. Your work will support AI companions designed to remain helpful and engaging over numerous interactions with users.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement full-stack features across our AI platform, with a focus on backend pipelines and frontend dashboards.
• Develop products that provide insights based on resident conversations with Meela, enhancing the community care experience.
• Utilize Python, React, vector databases (Pinecone), and LLM tools to create robust, production-ready systems.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO on product strategy and with the engineering team on technical design.

Required Skills

• Proven full-stack engineering experience with a strong emphasis on backend development.
• Proficiency in Python and ReactJS, with a solid understanding of modern web frameworks and API design.
• Experience or a keen interest in LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and conversational AI systems.
• Strong capability in scalable design, clean abstractions, and operational excellence.
• Excellent product intuition and the ability to translate user experiences into technical architecture.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with GCP.
• Experience with voice AI technologies or a general understanding of AI.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a builder’s spirit, demonstrating ownership and initiative.
