ShockPoint is seeking a highly capable Full-Stack Engineer to architect and build next-generation operational intelligence platforms. Your work will focus on AI-enabled decision support, contested logistics, mission assurance, government contracting compliance, operational data integration, and executive decision intelligence. This role is not traditional software development; it requires a builder mindset to operate in ambiguity, rapidly prototype systems, and translate strategic concepts into functional operational products.
Platform Development: Design and build full-stack web applications supporting operational dashboards, workflow orchestration, AI-enabled decision support, data visualization, compliance monitoring, predictive analytics, and executive reporting.
Frontend Engineering: Develop clean, modern user interfaces for dashboards, analytics portals, operational maps, AI copilot interfaces, reporting systems, and workflow management using technologies such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Backend Engineering: Create scalable backend systems including APIs, business logic, authentication systems, workflow orchestration, file processing pipelines, and data services using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
AI Integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLM APIs, agentic workflows, retrieval systems, vector databases, AI copilots, and explainable AI functionality.
Systems Integration: Connect platforms to ERP systems, government data feeds, Excel/CSV ingestion, Power BI, APIs, external SaaS tools, and operational databases.
Deployment & Infrastructure: Support cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, Dockerized services, GitHub workflows, and scalable cloud architectures in environments like AWS, Azure, Railway, and Vercel.
