Full-Stack Developer WW-PT

Role Overview

Seeking a developer to improve and maintain an in-house CRM built with Supabase, PostgreSQL, and a plain HTML/JavaScript front end. The work includes strengthening security, launching a partner portal, integrating with RXNT, and extending the system while retaining its existing technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Review and strengthen CRM and portal security, including Supabase Auth, row-level security, and HIPAA-related configuration.
• Support the portal and updated CRM launch while protecting existing data and minimizing disruption to staff.
• Integrate RXNT’s scheduling API to automate updates to appointment information and outcomes.
• Maintain the CRM and develop features for referral intake, scheduling, case management, call center operations, marketing, and staff reporting.
• Support future billing and deposition scheduling features.
• Use backups, testing, and rollback plans when changing live systems.
• Explain technical decisions clearly to a non-technical owner.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Supabase, especially row-level security, Auth, Edge Functions, and Storage.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills.
• Experience handling healthcare data and working with HIPAA requirements.
• Proficiency in plain JavaScript and comfort working with an HTML/JavaScript front end without a framework.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs.
• A careful, reliable approach to live-system changes, including backups, testing, and rollback planning.
• Clear communication of technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating EHR systems, particularly RXNT.
• Experience with medical billing or workers’ compensation and personal injury workflows.
