Full-Stack Developer WW-FT

Role Overview

We are seeking seasoned, self-sufficient Senior Full-Stack Developers to design, build, and deliver Phase 1 of an enterprise AI-powered quoting tool for a leading Canadian manufacturer. In this role, you will transform customer requirements into a production-ready web application and extraction pipeline. The solution will handle complex customer RFQs via email and PDF attachments, leverage Anthropic Claude on Amazon Bedrock for structured data extraction, and enable sales representatives to manage and generate custom Word quotes in an Angular web app for export into Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Platform, AWS & AI Extraction Pipeline

  • Architect and implement serverless workflows in AWS (Lambda, Aurora).
  • Design and tune LLM prompts on Amazon Bedrock (Claude) for reliable data extraction from unstructured documents.
  • Implement error handling, schema validation, and fallback mechanisms.
  • Integrate Microsoft Entra ID SSO for secure authentication.

• Angular Web Application & Document Generation

  • Develop a responsive Angular web app for reviewing and managing extracted quote lines.
  • Implement a Node.js-driven Word document generation engine for corporate sales quotes.
  • Streamline workflows for exporting generated quotes via Microsoft Outlook.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Angular for frontend development, including state management and modern UI patterns.
• Experience with Node.js and TypeScript for backend development and REST API integration.
• Expertise in AWS services such as Lambda, Aurora DB, and API Gateway.
• Knowledge of Anthropic Claude via Amazon Bedrock for AI and LLM applications.
• Experience with PDF parsing and Node-based Word document generation tools like docxtemplater.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for authentication.
• Proficiency in using Agentic AI coding tools for rapid development.

Nice to Have

• Demonstrated experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) for clean, maintainable code.
• Strong skills in LLM Engineering, including prompt tuning and structured output generation.
• Excellent communication skills for technical collaboration and requirement refinement.
