Full-Stack Developer (TypeScript / Supabase) - Part-time - Worldwide

About the Company

Client is an AI-agent-driven marketing platform. Its core product is GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), which helps brands show up when users ask ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI assistants for recommendations. The platform is in beta with live users. Recently signed a big client and is looking to onboard 300+ new users.

About the Role

The company is founder-led, and you'd be the first engineering hire. Your main job is to make the platform stable, scalable and market-ready ahead of the large onboarding wave. Over time you'll take ownership of the product's technical direction so the founder can focus on sales and fundraising.

The engagement starts part-time. If it's a strong fit, there's a clear path to a long-term, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current codebase and recommend what's needed to support about 300 new SMB customers
• Improve platform stability, performance and reliability for a live product with real users
• Build and maintain features across front-end and back-end
• Design and optimize the Postgres/Supabase data layer with strong data privacy practices
• Polish the front-end UI/UX to make the product more market-ready
• Work directly with the founder to prioritize the roadmap and scope work

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong TypeScript skills across front-end and back-end
• Hands-on experience with Supabase and strong PostgreSQL skills
• Experience deploying and running applications on Vercel
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS
• A track record of keeping a live, customer-facing product stable in production
• Strong data privacy and security habits
• Early-stage startup experience: comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership and wearing multiple hats

Nice to Have

• Playwright or other end-to-end testing experience
• A front-end design eye, with a portfolio showing UI work
• Experience scaling a product through a large customer onboarding
• Background in martech, SaaS or AI-powered products
