About the company

SANAD is building a new car insurance price comparison web app designed to make it easier for users to find and compare insurance options quickly and efficiently. This 3-month MVP project will help validate the product concept before a full-scale launch.

We’re looking for a part-time Full-Stack Developer to build this MVP end-to-end — from a responsive user-facing web app to an internal lead-capture dashboard. The role is contract-to-hire, with the opportunity to transition to a long-term position if the collaboration is successful.

Role Overview

As the Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying a functional MVP that allows users to input car details, view insurance quotes, and generate leads for SANAD’s follow-up. You’ll work closely with SANAD’s founder to define the architecture, iterate quickly, and ensure clean, maintainable code throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the end-to-end web application for the MVP phase (3 months).
• Implement a user-facing interface for price comparison and quote visualization using React.
• Build the backend and APIs using Node.js to handle data input, validation, and retrieval.
• Set up and manage the database (MongoDB) to store user inputs and insurance data securely.
• Develop an internal dashboard to capture and manage leads for SANAD’s team.
• Ensure clean, modular, and well-documented code to support future scalability.
• Collaborate directly with the SANAD team during weekly check-ins (EMEA/APAC time zones preferred).
• (Optional) Explore AI integration for intelligent data handling or quote prediction.

• Bonus: AI/ML experience or integration familiarity

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with strong proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js).
• Proven ability to deliver clean, well-commented, and maintainable code.
• Experience building web apps or dashboards from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and MongoDB data modeling.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in a remote environment.
• Experience with AI integration is a plus but not required.

• Type: Part-time, Contract-to-Hire (20–25 hours/week)
