Role Overview

Join our team in assisting a leading national resource as we embark on an exciting project to design and implement a comprehensive suite of six integrated modules. These modules will significantly enhance data analysis, reporting, surveys, training/outreach, and user assistance capabilities. The project aims to modernize both internal and public-facing systems using advanced AI-powered tools and automated workflows while ensuring strict adherence to data security and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a secure anonymous survey system with session management.
• Design responsive user interfaces and comprehensive admin dashboard capabilities.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate six modules, focusing on improving data analysis, reporting, training, and outreach.
• Employ advanced AI-powered tools and automated workflows to modernize systems.
• Ensure compliance with strict data security and privacy standards throughout the development process.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Python Flask for backend development.
• Proficiency in Bootstrap and/or React for creating dynamic, responsive user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases for data management and integration.
• Experience in developing secure systems with a focus on data privacy.
