Full Stack Developer - PT - LATAM/NA

About the role

Co-Bounce is a software outsourcing startup building out its internal product engineering team. You'll join a small group of developers to build the company's public website and an internal client/project management platform from the ground up. The work starts with a front-end focus but spans the full stack, so backend depth around authentication and database design matters.

What you'll work on

• A public-facing company website
• An internal platform (web app + admin dashboard) to manage client requests, project scopes, and developer profiles
• Later phases: talent-matching logic and reporting features

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, NodeJS, and Vue.
• Design and implement database solutions with SQL and MongoDB.
• Utilize AWS and Kubernetes for cloud services and container orchestration.
• Integrate AI technologies into existing applications.
• Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and deploy new features.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Typescript.
• Strong experience with React, NodeJS, and Vue.
• Solid understanding of SQL and MongoDB for database management.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Python for additional scripting and automation tasks.
• Experience in AI integration and data engineering.
