We are moving beyond traditional real estate tools and investing in a custom AI platform to create an unparalleled competitive advantage for our agents. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build something truly innovative.

The Project:

We are building a custom AI-powered dashboard that will serve as the central nervous system for our brokerage. Your first mission will be to lead the development of the platform's cornerstone feature: an automated property valuation engine. You will integrate a diverse set of real estate data APIs, train an AI agent on our proprietary valuation methodology, and build an intuitive interface for our agents.

Phase 1 Responsibilities (The Valuation Engine):

• Architect and build a scalable platform from the ground up, likely on Google Cloud.
• Develop robust API integrations with:
  ○ Multiple MLS services (IDX/DDF feeds).
  ○ Geo Warehouse (land registry and automated valuation models).
  ○ Follow Up Boss (CRM), Broker Mint (Transaction Management), and Fireflies.ai (Transcripts).
• Design and implement an AI/ML pipeline to analyze and synthesize property data. You will train the model on our unique 5-step valuation process.
• Create a clean, intuitive front-end dashboard that allows our agents to review, refine, and finalize AI-generated valuations (a "human-in-the-loop" system).
• Automate the final output, generating a client-ready email with the valuation summary and sales strategy.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a portfolio of complex web applications.
• Demonstrable experience building and deploying AI/ML models. A deep understanding of how to work with large language models (LLMs) is essential.
• Proven expertise in integrating multiple third-party REST/SOAP APIs. You should be comfortable navigating API documentation and handling complex data mapping.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with a major cloud platform (Google Cloud is strongly preferred).
• A product-oriented mindset and the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into concrete technical requirements.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with the real estate industry and real estate data (MLS, IDX, etc.).
• Experience with Google Workspace API integrations.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Prior experience working in a startup or building a product from scratch.
