As a Full Stack Developer at KitchTech, you’ll take product features from initial concept through to deployment. You’ll work closely with product and design to build scalable, high-quality applications that help our customers stay compliant.
This is a remote position aligned to Irish business hours (9am–5pm), with some flexibility either side.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy features across the full stack (frontend, backend,
database, cloud).
• Collaborate with product/design to turn ideas into user-friendly software.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases for scalability, security, and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
• Stay current with industry best practices.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (or similar).
• Strong proficiency in PHP (backend) and React “with Typescript” (frontend).
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL ideally or any other RDMS).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience with GitLab for version control and CI/CD.
• Experience using JIRA (or similar agile tools).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a remote setup.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Cloud Run, Big Query)
• React Native for mobile.
• Experience with time series data and dbms.
• Experience/Familiarity with Go.
• Containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• SaaS or hospitality/healthcare domain experience.
