Full Stack Developer – Monday.com Automation Expert WW-PT

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Full Stack Developer to lead the automation of workflows within Monday.com for a dynamic record label. The primary objective is to streamline operations, enhance accountability, and improve team collaboration through the development of custom integrations and automations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective Monday.com automations tailored to support and optimize business workflows.
• Seamlessly integrate external tools such as Slack for notifications on assignments and PandaDoc for contract generation and distribution.
• Develop onboarding pipelines for newly signed acts, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Utilize API tokens and scripts to create custom solutions that extend the functionality of Monday.com.
• Automate task management processes, including auto-assigning roles and creating sub-items to improve task efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective solutions within a 2–4 week timeline.
• Provide accurate time estimates and maintain transparent communication regarding project progress.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in API integration.
• Practical experience with Monday.com or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, or Python for developing custom solutions.
• Experience in integrating SaaS tools such as Slack, PandaDoc, and CRMs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an independent work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
