Full-Stack Developer — Healthcare SaaS

Role Overview

Join Aortii, a pioneering credential management platform for the travel nursing and healthcare staffing industry, as a Full-Stack Developer. Our platform is akin to the “LinkedIn + DocuSign” of nurse credentialing, enabling clinicians to upload, verify, and share credentials seamlessly. We are in an active build stage and seek a detail-oriented developer to continue the work on our existing codebase.

Responsibilities

• Integrate the Nursys e-Notify API to enable real-time verification of nursing licenses.
• Handle credential status webhooks and accurately display verification states within the dashboard.
• Implement pixel-perfect UI components from Figma designs using React, adhering to our established design system.
• Work on both clinician-facing and recruiter-facing dashboard views, ensuring consistency and precision.
• Navigate and extend an existing codebase, using provided documentation and context.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in shipping real SaaS products.
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, and REST APIs.
• Ability to read, understand, and extend existing codebases effectively.
• Strong communication skills, especially in identifying and addressing blockers.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with healthcare, staffing, or credentialing platforms.
• Familiarity with healthcare data handling, particularly PHI-adjacent data.
• Ability to document work processes and outcomes according to provided formats.
